The Balkan Alliance was founded in 2013 by Evgenia Trofimchuk, a visionary cultural leader and international dance strategist, together with Mister Konstantin Kostyukov, the renowned Premier Ballet Dancer and Ballet Director of the National Theatre in Belgrade. 🎭

Since its inception, the Balkan Alliance has been a hub for collaboration, talent development, and artistic exchange, uniting institutions, choreographers, dancers, and cultural organizations across Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Slovenia, and other European countries. 🩰

The alliance has successfully hosted prestigious ballet and dance events, international competitions, masterclasses, and cultural festivals, bringing together world-class artists and rising stars eager to step onto the international stage.

🏆 2003–2005 – Founder & First President of Bulgarian Dance Organization (BTO).
🎭 2003–2010 – Founder & Director of Dance Center & Theater ART ACADEMY, Sofia.
