
Founders / President
The organization Dance Olympiad System / Balkan Alliance of Ballet & Dance Art was established with the aim of creating a sustainable international system for the development of ballet and dance art, integrating competitions, education, and a professional platform for artists, educators, and institutions in 2005 in Bulgaria, 2013 in Serbia.
The Founder and President of the organization is Ms. Evgenia Trofimchuk, an international cultural producer, choreographer, and manager with extensive experience in organizing ballet and dance Art Olympiads, Competitions, festivals, educational forums, Dance Camps, and artistic projects across Europe and the Balkan region.
Second Founder is Mr. Konstantin Kostykov Ballet Premier, Ballet Master & Choreographer, Ballet Director of National Theater of Belgrade. Under leadership, an international network of partners has been formed, including theatres, educational institutions, cultural centers, municipalities, and professional artists, with the objective of enhancing the quality of dance education and establishing high professional standards in the field of performing dance.

The Dance Olympiad project was created in response to the need for a clear, transparent, and professional structure in the field of dance competitions and education.
From its initial national and regional events, the platform has gradually evolved into an international system that today includes:
